2019 Event Menus

2018 menus included:

Grilled wild boar sausage with grilled polenta cake and housemade coleslaw

Grilled lamb with a dried cherry sauce, served with a housemade fondue, lentil salad with goat cheese, mirepoix and walnut vinaigrette; roasted potato and Ratatouille salad with tapenade; housemade walnut cake

Roasted pig on a spit, lemongrass risotto; grilled Italian style chicken skewer and artisan crackers topped with tapenade and goat cheese

Handcrafted hot dogs on Brioche buns and a full condiments bar, Ash Roasted Potatoes and Smoked Smore’s with homemade Chocolate Bacon Bark, marshmallows and graham crackers

Smoked marinated flank steak with Chimchurri or Pintxo (roasted piquillo pepper) sauce, pasta tossed with fire roasted tomatoes, garlic, onions, zinfandel with a splash of cream
